CLAUSE OF SALE SERVICE

Thank you for purchasing TDS products. TDS (Asia) Lighting Co., Ltd. undertakes to provide customers with 2 years’ warranty, so that you may better use our products. TDS will provide customers with after-sales service according to the following warranty terms and conditions for the quality problems occurring during normal use.
 

1. TDS provides all customers with 2 years’ warranty service, which is applicable to all LED lighting products of our company.

2. Replacement within seven days: in case of any product quality problem (excluding the break of the glass cover of LED bulb) within seven days as of the date of purchase, our company will replace with the same model and specifications free of charge but not assume all relevant expenses arising from such replacement.

3. Warranty period: warranty period shall be two years as of the date of purchase, subject to the date of sales invoice.

4.Our company will provide repair service if the customer produces the original invoice issued by store.

5. The customer shall take the product to the maintenance department of our company for maintenance, our company does not provide on-site service.

6.If any product needs to be sent back to factory for maintenance, it will take about one to three weeks under normal circumstance.

7.If the customer fails to provide the original invoice issued by store, the maintenance period shall be calculated as of the manufacture date of product.

8. Disclaimer:
a) The fault resulting from the damage attributable to accident, artificial factor or external force (including handling, bump, etc).
b) The fault resulting from improper operation, such as installation by unqualified people or  unsuitable voltage.
c) The fault resulting from the entry of any liquid.
d) The fault resulting from the failure to operate in accordance with the user’s manual.
e) The damage resulting from force Majeure, such as natural disaster (for example earthquake, fire, flood, etc).
9.Under no circumstance shall our company be held liable for any losses or legal responsibilities arising from the use of any product of our company.

10.Our company does not accept return of any customized or non-customized product.

11.The aforesaid service and warranty clauses are only applicable to Hong Kong.

12.TDS owns the right to interpret the aforesaid terms and conditions. Our company reserves the right to modify such terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the Hong Kong Consumer Protection Legislations of Hong Kong Special Administration Region shall apply.
